When was the last time you simply had fun with your wardrobe?
I honestly cannot remember! Most of my clothes trend toward the formal side, as I work in a professional setting. I love getting dressed in the morning, but on weekends when I am heading out of the house to run errands or meet up with friends I feel overdressed.
This inspired me to do some serious T-shirt screen shopping (a.k.a. window shopping on my computer). Where did this lead me? To some seriously amazing lifestyle and ethical brands, which I fell in love with.
The Tree Kisser
A compassionate, contemporary fashion brand run by Jessica Schlueter. The Tree Kisser spreads the love by donating 10% of all sales to the Love Infinitely Project Animal Fund – which she is also the director of. Go Jessica!
I fell in love with this brand. It is not 100% ethical at this point, but she is taking the steps to get there this year.
Clothing By Owl
A collaboration by two best friends, OWL is a statement on fashion and wine for the compassionate individual, inspired by a love for animals and life!
They feature swim wear, women’s clothing, sports bras, accessories and saving all the wonderful animals out there!

We all know I love Everlane, it’s just a known fact!

For those of you who love supporting local businesses, I had to share with you a local London, Ontario company with you.

A portion of the proceeds goes back into the community! Which is amazing!
Unbelievably proud of this creative and inspirational woman. Also… if you ever want some great book recommendations, she is the one to go too!
